I bought an iPod touch 32GB in February 2008. I love it alot and all my movies, music, TV shows, photos etc. fit in it. I still have 18.41GB left of free space. I'm on version 2.0.2 and have some apps.

My question is if Apple will release a second generation iPod touch.

There are some rumors online about a second gen one.

Of course, there aren't any pictures or anything like the 4th generation iPod nano.

If there will be a new one, I'll be sad because I did pay 520$ big ones for it but if there will be a new one, I might sell it now and buy the new one. My iPod touch is new because I have the AppleCare Warranty so I got a new one because mine was broken.

Please tell me if you know or if there are any rumors.

I do believe there is an Apple event tomorrow so we should hear some news from that

and I personally hope we see the GPS in the touch, that would make it sooo cool
maybe a 64 gig!!! ahahaha but i need a new ipod anyway so it is either the iphone or touch soon

No GPS or Bluetooth, basically, just a form-factor redesign, a slight price drop, and built-in Nike + iPod support. Pretty boring, if you ask me.
