I installed Leopard on my External hard drive and now I want to move it over to an internal hard drive. How would I go about doing this? Is it even possible?

Yes you can. Just boot up with the install disk. and Recover with disk utilitiy. use ur external as the source drive and ur internal as the destination. I've done it a couple times an its worked.
