Well, it seems that those MacBook updates have finally come.
Checkout:
http://store.apple.com/1-800-MY-APPLE/WebO.../family/macbookThey now come with a "Intel GMA X3100 graphics processor"
Click compare specs for more info...
Incidentally, this is exactly what I thought would be changed, after the kexts appeared in Leopard.

The MBP was slightly upgraded too, now you can get a 2.6GHz option and a 200gb 7200rpm HD

I apologize if this question seems completely noob, but I must ask.
Did the MacBook just become a halfway decent gaming rig (w/ Boot Camp & Windows)?

nope, it was "only halfway decent" before and still is now. if you want to play games, I suggest a Wii, PS3, X-Box 360 or a plain cheap PC with a decent graphics card.

So, no word on Santa Rosa? Or anything more exciting than just a video upgrade?

Yes, the new Macbook is using the Santa Rosa Architecture. The X3100 is only for SR. Also the new Macbook has a 800 Mhz FSB.
