This is awesome. Just simply awesome.. It will totally change the way that we use the internet today.

Its a silly idea in my opinion. They're never going to raise such a large amount of money to purchase Sealand.
I'll be surprised if they go and make a purchase like that.

There is really nothing stopping the UK from shutting down Sealand (or even destroying it) anytime it wishes either.

Just a thought, but if you donate, couldn't you be accused of "assisting Pirates" and get sued?

I read that they heave havy weapons on Sealand!
If anything comes to the "island" it will be shot down!

I think its a good place to be but its too expensive!

The plan is to go for an island now, as far as I last heard. It's an island in the Caribbean, and it sells for far less then Sealand, and also has much more room.

I think that if anything, the island would fare better.

I've seen their forums, it's full of kids with comments like this:

"Lol, our own country this rulezz
I want to get citizenship and diplomatic immunity!, and let's make it a 24/7 party, with no school!"

and stuff worse than that.
