I have Intel High Definition Audio And its working natively with no kexts or patches.
Well I take that back.. Edit: Its working About 50%
Internal Speakers Sound GR8!
The Audio Out and mic in both dont work, I wish they did her is some info:

HOw do you have working internal speakers? Mine haven't been working since 10.4.8 lol but the headphone's port has been.

i have an HP dv6000se series pravillion laptop, with intel i think its 29345 or 23945.
my altec lensing speakers works fine....but my audio in (headphones) does not work....

I have the same problem with my HP Pavillon dv2650. Audio is working with speakers but headphonesare are still not working.
Can someone help us ?
