Can someone please help me or point me in the right direction to get my sound working on my AMD hackintosh?

My mobo is M2A-VM with Realtek ALC883. i tried VoodooHDA, several ALC injectors, modified AppleHDA and nothing...i don't know what to do.

Thank you in advance!!!

When you added VoodooHDA did you delete AppleHDA in addition? That worked for my ALC272. Be sure to backup the kext before removing and repair permissions before restarting :-).

The same happens with my ALC890. The sound is increadibly bad.
So I am stuck with no sound right now.

Try the attached kext - let me know if this gives you better results. Be sure to remove VoodooHDA as well. Repair permissions, etc..
