I´ve just managed to successfully install XxX Leopard on my Dell XPS 420!
But with no sound... Where can I get the Mac driver for the Creative SoundBlaster X-Fi Xtreme sound card?

You can try the VoodooHDA KEXT, it's working for some people. Just remember to turn off onboard audio in the BIOS.
