Full Version: realtek alc883 5.1 speaker not working

any one temme how can i get working 5.1 speaker working.....i can get sound from only 2 speakers i also tried in midi options but only sterio option i can select...
Board P5GC-MX
Processor core 2 due 2.66
GC XFX 9600gt
ram 2gb
all other things are working properly

forget it dude....update to 10.5.6...if u are one 10.5.6..then badluck...

Lots of reading, but hopefully something useful; 8-channel HDA with vanilla 10.5.7 AppleHDA for ASUS P5K PRO (ALC883)
