Lo que me sucedió me sucedió de casualidad. Por un descuido probando varios kexts para que mi ALC888 de mi mother un GA EP35 DS3L funcionara con todos los canales y sin unos ruidos molestos que presentaba.
Con algunos kexts el ruido era 20% del volumen final, podía escucharse de fondo en cualquier canción, con otros kexts el ruido se escuchaba solo estando en silencio, a veces después de unos minutos de cerrar ITunes o VOX.

Probando probando cometí el error de poner 2 kexts de audio juntos, eran 2 kexts que por separado tenían sus defectos.. uno me hacia ruido, el otro no tenia todos los canales...

el resultado fue.. un sonido casi sin ruido, digo casi porque tengo que poner el volumen del preamplificador mas del 50% de su potencia máxima para escucharlo , y aun asi es muy bajo el nivel de ruido. Y... 4 canales estéreo de salida. eso seria un 8.1 no?
encima, 3 entradas, 2 analógicas y una digital.. lo que si no tengo la salida digital, pero no la uso asi que no me molesta.

En fin, estoy muy contento con mi invento.. aun no se como es que sucede lo que sucede. pero les subo un .zip con los 3 archivos que estoy usando a ver si alguno tiene la misma suerte o si al menos puede reproducir lo que yo hice y ver si andan todos los canales.... aclaro que tengo conectado solo 1 speaker stereo y la entrada a un preamplificador stereo, o sea.. uso 2 de las 4 salidas que supuestamente funcionarían, no las probé todas, pero , le tengo fe..

cuando pruebe las otras les cuento.. pero mientras, si a alguno le sirve el dato... acá les dejo las capturas de pantalla y el link..
