Well i have installed Hackintosh iDeneb 1.3 10.5.5 my mobo is
Gigabyte GA-VM900M Whit VIA VT1708 HD Audio Device when i tried to install some kext for make the sounds work. Whit AzaliaAudio i did it but when i play music or see videos in youtube i can ear music and voices but the speakers make a noise like a interference , believe me is a very terrible sound.

Now the solution to fix this problem

Go to Applications-->Utilities-->Midi Audio Configuration

And Change Format 2 chan 24 bit to 2 chan 16-bit and now try to listen music No more interference noise.

Bien he instalado el Hackintosh iDeneb 1.3 10.5.5 mi placa base es una Gigabyte GA-VM900M con chipset de audio VIA VT1708 HD Audio Device intente instalar varios kext para hacer que el sonido funcionase y lo consegui con AzaliaAudio, pero cuando intentaba poner musica o ver videos en youtube podia oir musica y voces pero de fondo se oia como un zumbido muy molesto creedme es horrible ese ruido.

Ahora la solucion para arreglar este problema

Id a Aplicaciones-->Utilidades-->Configuracion Audio MIDI

y cambiad el formato 2 Chan 24-bit a 2 Chan 16 bit y ahora probad a oir musica No mas interferencias

Hola, yo tengo el mismo chip de audio (vt1708b) en mi placa base (asus p5kpl/1600) y me funciona bien sin poner ningun kext ni parche (con iatkos5), pero sólo en stereo, o sea, no me funciona la salida digital spdif. ¿Te funciona el spdif?

I have exactly the same audio card on my laptop and I am would like to know if do you want to work together trying to make this VT1708 chipset works fine with the AppleHDA.kext? I think that we should try, I have seen other people with different chipsets that were able to make that works by modifying thet AppleHDA.kext.

Please let me know what do you think about it? and anyone who wants to join to this challenge is welcome..

Yo tengo exactamente la misma tarjeta de audio en mi laptop y quisiera saber si te gustaría que trabajemos en conjunto tratando de hacer funcionar correctamente este chipset VT1708 con el AppleHDA.kext? Pienso que al menos deberíamos intentarlo, ya que he visto otras personas con otros chipsets que lo han hecho funcionar modificando manualmente el AppleHDA.kext.

Por favor déjame saber qué piensas al respecto? y si alguien más desea unirse a esta iniciativa es bienvenido..

Les aseguro que con el kext de voodooHDA funciona todo, in/out y el microfono.
