i have a dell studio 1737 running ideneb 10.5.6 using kernel voodoo 9.5.0. I do not have any sound and i have IDT 92HD73C1. I know there is a thread for IDT but i am new to this and do not understand it. Can someone please explain how i can get sound on my laptop because i tried to understand the tutorial in the other thread but just couldn't.

hi thanks for that..but the link for that kext isntjust goes to the home page for this website..sorry...

anything i can do? aswell how would i know that that kext is the right one for my laptop... and do i install kexts through osx86 tools?
