Whats hapening guys? Im new here. Well I just installed up iAtkos 10.5.5 5i or whatever it might be called. Anyways, I cannot for the life of me get the sound to run. I have tried AC97, STAC9927, AD1988b and everything. Taruga will run through the thing and install correctly but upon reboot I still have nothing installed and no sound.

Intel BadAxe2
Nvidia 8800GTS
Mushkin 2gb mem
500gb WD Caviar

which mobo specifically? i have a badaxe 2 board (see sig) and i got sound working i think with a STAC codec+patched AppleHDA+EFI string for audio on iATKOS 5i with vanilla kernel and PC-EFI. iATKOS did not install the stuff, i did.

let me know if it's the same card/board, i have all the boomarks i used on delicious
