I have Audio stereo Out working with azalia driver (the one from Idenb 10.5.5) but NOT MIC AUDIO IN

now I read that Taruga rev4 should work with 1988B onaboard audio but not all models

can anyone confirm that this work with my Mobo (ASUS P5B vista premium ed)?

and how to install them without problem? i have already installed the azalia driver atm

how to operate without risk Kernel panic or any problems??

I got a P5B and I struggle to get anything else working except 2-channel out.

With some of the installers and kexts you will get the more devices in the preference pane, but they won't work. Over the optical and coaxial just comes a continuous sound........

Well, looks like I have to buy some usb sound stuff.
