Anyone hear any whispers of support for ALC272?
A forum search comes up with quite literally nothing.
I have quite literally no sound whatsoever, please help!
Thanks in advance.

This is the audio chipset in the new Acer Aspire One 10.1" as well, [Model AOD150]. It would be great to have a working driver for the ALC272 chipset.

I created a kext, no sound, but the sound properties actually gives me options for speakers now.

The problem I suspect is with the AppleHDA loader as I get some cracked out errors on start up.

I'll attach it if you want to tear it apart.

Found this one. It's supposed to work on the NC10, on my D150 it shows the actual output and input options, but I still can't get sound. It looks like it close to what we need for the AAO. Maybe there is a pin difference in the ALC 272 GR and the ALC 272. Hopefully someone here can help with this!
