Ok I have been trolling the forums for a while now and not being able to find a suggestion.

I'd like a motherboard recommendation that is micro ATX form factor and importantly is still
available for purchase. (eg. not GIGABYTE GA-G33M-DS2R since that's deactivated).

But other wise have the following specs:

-LGA 775 Quad core capable
- Dual channel DDR2 1066 memory
- onboard firewire
- 8 channel audio
- Supported onboard lan
- Supported onboard spdif
- Did I mention it needs to be Micro ATX?

A Asus P5K-VM is what fits the bill, however I can not get the SPDIF to work.
