I have a Dell Vostro 1500. The sound is working fine and the webcam is working fine also. The input (mic) is not working.

Is there a way to fix this?

I have Dell Inspiron 1525 and same problem

I just realized that I might not even be right on the sigmatel model number. All I know is that I installed all the sigmatel stuff from the dell package and it works great except the mic.
