Guess it's too early to ask for information on ALC888 ICH9 driver. Anything will help. I tried the ALC888 driver from the sticky and it crashed my system. Had to reinstall. Thanks in advance. biggrin.gif

I did the same thing as rajindia except I'm using Digital out.
I get full surround when running sources that utilize DD.

I would also like to have help with getting ICH9 sound working on my MSI P35 Platinium. I have everything else working fine (except that i cant install on raid and make it boot some how).

I've got a Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3LR that's generally working great, after a day or so, save for no audio. I got eh AppleHDAPatcherv1.20 & ALC888-2.TXT and the patching process seemed to complete successfully, but after the reboot, still no audio output devices are found. If anyone has any suggestions, it sure would be appreciated!

Thanks!
