I get an error when trying to insert Core_DXE compressed into the ROM. I saw someone at projectosx had the same problem. Is it solved or is this only possible on newer Bios. Gigabyte z68 Uefi beta Bios : https://www.dropbox.com/s/hhh1abfzyjsp0xi/Z8MXUD2H.rom

A discrete GPU will require hardware changes or a special software like on windows. But im sure hot plug will work when injecting the stuff what real macs have in their dsdt and device-properties

Sad to hear that you're out again. The problem is that most people think a hackintosh is a cheap mac. We all know we could be much further when we would working more together. Best example is thunderbolt only some lines of DSDT code, i found no guide yet, but these people are happy with their Voldemort branded mac.

There is a comment on that post that the backplate is optional.(not confirmed yet)

this is no modding thread ... There is a Public kickstarter update with unboxing video. Looks like the FW800 backplate is not included :-(

My Atom Netbook with ION aka 9400m is fully supported too. But the 9800gt was not working for me(broken so cannot test again).
