i go in bios setup, advanced, flash, but in C: there isn't the downloaded file.... help me pls.

I need this one too... I have the same model and everything. The symptoms are the laptop just completely turns off in the darwin loader when I don't use the cpus=1 flag.

Kabyl, mayby you can enable or add option enable/disable XD - eXecute Disable in Phoenix FirstBIOS (Compal FL90), this option is hidden or not exist in bios option for change. I think can't use vanilla kext ( shutdown/restart ) on may notebook :-( . Hello, can please modifly the bios for my ASUS M50SA laptop.

• 3 GB RAM 667
• ATI HD 3650 Mobility (1GB VRAM DDR2)

I can't install Kalyway 10.5.2 cause of kernel panic. Leo4all worked but just with cpu=1.
Hope you can mod the bios so that the 2 cores will work.

Hello, as requested herewith enclose my bios file link (installed) mobo microstar k8n neo4 fi pcb 1.0 w7125nms (bios file)

My specs are:
Chipset nforce 4 nvdia
cpu amd athlon 64x2 3600+ 2.01ghz model opteron 170
video sapphire ati hd2600pro pci e 512 vram
ram kingmax ddr2 400 4gb detected as 667mz 128bit dual channel 3407etc instead of 4096 (this is normal on
bit hardware)
As follows modified bios settings
usb mouse disabled
lan rom wake up disabled
all ports and fdd disabled
in cell menu i have never canged anything

The issue i have is NO KEYBOARD OR KEYBOARD NOT PRESENT ( it appears each time i restart or shut down from an os and i push power button to switch on. I am obbliged to switch off power supply button to don't have the issue) and sometimes ide channel don't work.
