I would just like to offer my thanks in advance for the 3945 driver.

having internal wireless would be nice.

BTW, off topic a bit, but does anyone know of a working EXTERNAL adapter?

hey guys, i'm was reading over this forum and i remembered that when i ran ubuntu live cd (7.10 version) i got my intel 4965agn working without installing anything, so, i don't know if somebody posted this information yet, but in case, i think that as it's mentioned that linux drivers could be helpfull, i think that this one could too.

My laptop is:
hp dv2660br (yes, brazilian boy here =] );
core 2 duo T5250;
gma x3100 (with hardware accelerated in osx all compitations);
intel 965 express chipset;
fujitsu mhw2120bh hard-drive
dvd-rw;
and a hateable an {censored}eable alps tuchpad (i got crazy cause it gots too, i want to burn it on)
HP touch buttons and HP remote works fine;

what's not wirking yet:
chicony 1.3 mpx hp webcam (works only with ichat | in photobooth the blue led turn on but no image)
ricoh sd/xd/mmc/ms/ms-pro card-reader

ps. sorry for my bad english

The iwidarwin drivers are actually based on the iwiwifi driver that Intel is developing for Linux.

But coding kexts isn't something you can learn in one week it seems

You can... if you know C++. For those interested, read the Apple docs, it's not just one page, but actually pretty extensive. Let's stop whining and start contributing?

How extensive does C++ knowledge have to be?
