Hi. I have an 8139 working here. Maybe you must edit the Info.plist in AppleRTL8139Ethernet.kext in IONetworkingFamily.kext to match your cards vendor and device ids.

It contains

<string>0x813910ec 0x13001186 0x12111113</string>

and those are working for my card.

Just an idea...

Im having the same problem.

But I don't find the AppleRTL8139Ethernet.kext under /System/Library/Extensions/IONetworkingFamily.kext. I just see there a dir called Contents there!

have I to create the AppleRTL8139Ethernet.kext dir under /System/Library/Extensions/IONetworkingFamily.kext and put there a Info.plist with <string>0x813910ec 0x13001186 0x12111113</string> ??
Please help dudes!
Thanks :-)
