OK this is working here with ADI1988B.

I've compared the HDaudio.kext dump with the one from Ubuntu, and nearly everything is matching !!!!
I'ts been a long time that i'm waiting for a driver for my sound device !!! I hope this will working with HDApatcher v2.

I've fully audio by my internal speaker but i think it's a little low..but who cares:) Now we have to adjust mic and hearphone because nothing works except internal speaker! But really good work! I've installed your kext on my HP 6720s. Now I have sound out of my speakers!. thats great. I do not get any sound from the headphones connection though, but is gettin' closer

Now i need help to enable dual core on T5500 & NC6400...

I have both cores enabled on my 8710p: difference with your machine is that my 8710p is using a dual-core T7500 (2.2ghz).

What is your problem when enabling both cores? Kernel panic?

Are you using PC_EFI and the vanilla kernel? (That's what I'm using: latest 9.2.2 kernel from Apple)
