The Pirate Bay is down

I was wondering if anyone can confirm this but is the Pirate Bay down? I can't get on their website. All i get is "Safari can’t open the page “http://thepiratebay.org/” because it could not connect to the server “thepiratebay.org”."

It's acting all sketchy now... I keep getting "server not found" errors, and when it does work and I try to search it says "caching server not found".

It's annoying the hell out of me, because there's something I really want to download tonight. Oh, well.

I can confirm that it is sort of working. I have to refresh it five - ten times then when I search I get "Could not connect to caching server". I wonder whats going on over there.

Good question. I don't believe that the Principality of Sealand was ever for sale.

This is what Wikipedia says about the matter:
