Some sites show server not found?

I have been to many hotspots and different wireless networks, but I always seem to not be abe to connect to some sites no matter where i am, such as DCemu.co.uk or myspace.com. I have no idea what is going on, and I would like to know if anyone has any recommendations for me. What should I do? i know it is an internal problem, since other computers on the network can access it. I am running 10.4.9.
(sorry if this is in the wrong section, i have no idea where to put this)

Some sort of firewall/ip block maybe?
