Terminal Server for OSX?

Is there a solution out there that allows a mac to act as a terminal server, providing *multiple* remote desktops to clients. I know with VNC you can use fast user switching and manually start VNC server for each user, but i'm thinking of something more along the lines of Terminal server, something that could serve multiple users at once....?

thanks rammjet. yeah, i looked at this, but you must use fast user switching for this solution. is there any solution where the you can log into the remote mac without actually being logged on locally in the same way you can with windows terminal services?
