Im extremely sorry for posting a new thread but im growing xtremely tired of looking for this DAMN driver....
My MOBO specs

Intel motherboard DG31PR

ALC888 is my card Realtek High Definition Audio

and/OR

Creative Soundblaster Live Value 5.1 is the other attached soundcard

Can some1, any1 plz plz give me the working kexts for this spec. I have already tried half a dozen kexts available on this site..But as all the kexts are very broadly for "ALL" ALC888 boards, they are not functioning..
and BTW I have a Kalyway 10.5.2 installed on PC and updated to 10.5.7(this is where the problem began)


PLZ PLZ..I WOULD BE REALLY REALLY THANFUL TO ANY1 who can give me the working kexts!!!

And the funny part is...i installed this kext posted by a user called Jefferson136 called archive.zip...IT WORKED FOR THE FIRST BOOT..then the installed kext juts vanished....ITS JUST GONE....can any1 plz plz help me....
