peel Posted July 23, 2008 Share Posted July 23, 2008 hi, i installed wc3 roc and tft and then i patched manually to actually 1.22a. when i start roc i can play normal, but i cant start tft. he loads a few seconds and then a message comes: Sorry, Warcraft 3 could not opened. some1 knows a fix? thx Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Espionage724 Posted July 23, 2008 Share Posted July 23, 2008 Did you patch straight to 1.22a or did u use a full patch (1.21 I think was the last full patch) and then patch to 1.22a? Espionage724 Posted July 26, 2008 Share Posted July 26, 2008 Ok here is the fix: Mount the RoC and FT Disc images Run the FT installer Insert all infomation and install to default folder Close installer once its installed OR Insert RoC Disc run the installer and insert all information and install to defaiult folder close installer repeat with FT Disc Download and run the Warcraft III FT 1.21b patch Run FT and connect to bnet and download the latest patch Enjoy life Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

My solution, after install both CD, keep it mount and open battle.net for auto update (can use MAC+M to exit full screen), wait till it restart, you will get 1.22a.
