This is pretty much useless for the average use. It doesn't even have Installer.app |

So I have been looking to download Logic from a place I cannot name and noticed that since I had downloaded Final Cut Studio 2.0 already it included 3 audio content images just as Logic includes and was wondering if they are the same so maybe I could save some bandwidth and time not re-downloading images I already have. |

OK guys, now this is where the Insanelymac community comes together. We all must get together and ship him weekly regiments of porn to keep him going until he is 18 so then he can move somewhere else and get the porn flowing again. Who is down with me? |

That cannot be it for one simple reason, the mouse button is waaaay to long and stretches almost all the way across the top of the laptop leaving no room to rest your palms on. With no place to rest your palms it would not be ergonomic at all. |

I suggest at least waiting until Macworld later this month to see what is going to happen to the iPhone. Rumors are it may get updated to a new version or just an update to the firmware but that would be the best thing to do. |

Hmm.. My hash on it is dif.. and the ISO is 2Gbs and flying along at 700kbs/s... O.o Wonder how well it'll work with a 680i mobo Edit: Nvm, hash matches. Coulda sworn leopard was 4Gbs hmm It is only 2GB because the PPC code has been stripped, for a good reason since on a Intel computer it is useless. |

How come it is only 2.09 GB in size? I know it is zipped but did it compress it that much? I thought it would be a dual layer like the Leopard DVD was? |

I am very eager to purchase my first true Mac system. I want to buy a Mac Pro but I wasn't sure if I should hold off for Apple's new product line to come out. Does anyone know when this is supposed to be or if there is likely to be a drop in price anytime soon? - Drew Apple normally does not do any drastic price changes but since Macworld is next month I would at least wait until then. At Macworld such things as the iPhone have been announced so it has the potential of being a drastic change to Apple's lineup. There are lots of rumors that an Apple Pro laptop similar to the 12 inch Powerbook is supposed to come out also.... |

I have a Western Digital MyBook and the only problem it has caused me is noisiness, considering that this does not matter much to me I am very pleased by the performance of the drive over the past year. |

Once you've jailbroken your ipod, any FTP program supporting SFTP (which is what you need to connect to it) can connect to it, since GUI jailbreakers install OpenSSH automatically. Isn't that what I said? And what GUI jailbreak automatically installs OpenSSH? Independence? iFuntastic? |

An FTP program? I am assuming that you have your iPod Touch Jailbroken, so all you have to do is SSH(SFTP) into it. Before you can do that though you need to have the BSD Subsystem Installed and also OpenSSH. Once those are installed connect to your Wifi network or if you do not have a router around just create an ADHOC network with you Laptop if you have one. Once you are connected to the Wifi just go to Settings->Wifi->Blue arrow of joined network and then get the IP adress, type that into your FTP program(I use SmartFTP when I am in Windows) and type in for user - root and password alpine and make sure that you have the settings set to SFTP or SSH and then connect, voila you can browse your ipod touch while not even connected to the pc. |

I actually just found this method: http://iphone.unlock.no/ I was thinking of doing that. Any ideas? EDIT: Ok, I tried their method, but I realised that I don't have a 'broken' IMEI. All I need to do is fix the modem firmware. Any ideas who I might do that? The post right above yours..... |
