Works very reliably under AMD, without input from any npci=0x ..... I have tested it. thanks for this great Job, carlo_67

I think it is just as well work on intel based hackintosh.

won't work for me using 10.9.1 on AMD system. kp's on boot complaining about acpiplatform or something similar.

This avoids the npci= flagset, right?

Which I did not know would disable AppleHDA, which is not used on AMD to begin with because it KP's like crazy. I removed AppleHDA from my extensions folder.

Working great in 10.9.5 for Acer Power M8 with AMD Athlon 64 x2 3800 CPU.

No interference to HDMI audio via AMD Radeon HD 5770 GPU.
